    Job Description
    An employer is looking of a Project Manager to support the Anderson AFB in Guam.

    The Project Manager will provide support with cost estimates and schedule analysis for a wide variety of military-related projects such as airfield pavements, utility systems, fuel systems, aircraft hangars, administrative spaces, warehouses, munitions igloos, security barriers, extensive earthwork, MEC, and environmental and natural resource management.

    They will work in the Air Force office managing Air Force actions during construction and closeout.

    Candidate will work as an integral part of our company's and the Air Force's design and construction management team to provide day-to-day management of the design and construction process, and proactive engagement with NAVFAC, Air Force customers, A&E and construction firms, 36 CES, and other government agencies.


    • Provide on-site quality assurance of large construction projects ($5M to $400M) as owner's representative.
    • Proactively communicate with agent and stakeholders to identify project issues, propose solutions, discuss technical requirements, provide detailed analysis, and document results.
    • Work with higher headquarters on program-level strategy and briefings.
    • Develop client-ready written documents (e.g., email ready to send, bullet background paper, summary of findings, root cause analysis, etc.).
    • Review/analyze contract documents and standards (e.g., UFCs and AFIs).
    • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including defining objectives, scope, budget, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the project team, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    • Ability to obtain CAC card
    • 8+ years of experience with construction project management (MILCON, cost estimation, scheduling, submittals, requests for info, facility design review, getting projects to design phase, help identify and solve issues, review & analyze contract documents, provide monthly/daily/weekly reports)
    • Experience working with Architectural & Engineering (A&E) companies
    • Experience with airfield facilities or REDHORSE (air pavements, hangars, fuel systems)
    • Master's Degree
    • Active clearance
    • P.E License in any state
    • PMP cert
    • QA/QC
    • QCM null
