    We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to our diverse range of projects.

    The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the design and management of public infrastructure projects.

    This role offers the opportunity to work on varied assignments, allowing for continuous learning and professional growth.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for public parks, roads, drainage systems, and other municipal projects.

    Develop detailed grading plans, earthwork volume calculations, staking diagrams, and other technical documents using software such as MicroStation or AutoCAD.

    Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members as needed.
    Oversee site utility design, including drainage systems and other infrastructure components.

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

    Perform project management duties, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects.
    Proficiency in engineering software such as MicroStation or AutoCAD.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience with project management and client relationship management is preferred.
