    Associate Director/Director, HTA & RWE Statistics

    In this Health Technology Assessment (HTA) & Real World Evidence (RWE) focused role, you will provide input and statistical leadership to evidence generation plans, access & reimbursement, and RWE projects to accelerate patient access for new therapies.

    Responsibilities:

    -You will solve complex problems related to HTA and RWE and provide statistical leadership for data-driven research projects.

    -Use expertise in economic modeling, meta-analysis, and observational research to develop strategies that improve the global success of compounds.

    -Oversee the work of external statistical vendors, ensuring high-quality data analysis and deliverables.

    -Collaborate with colleagues on writing reports and effectively communicating study results.

    Qualifications

    Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Outcomes Research, or related fields in Life Sciences.

    5-10 years experience in HTA, health outcomes research (HEOR), real-world evidence (RWE) as well as strong statistical expertise.

    Proven experience in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) required.

    Excellent understanding of statistical methodology and experimental design.

    Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS or R.

    Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and concise language for diverse audiences.

    Strong project management skills with a focus on timely and accurate delivery.
