- Build and maintain relationships with Retail Agents and Specialty Carriers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve production goals.
- Analyze client submissions to find the best coverage and pricing options.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market changes.
- Provide expert advice on insurance solutions for various industries and risks.
- Lead and train support teams (if assigned).
- Travel as needed to meet clients and partners.
- You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- You're skilled in business development and relationship management.
- You're detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- You have a home state P&C license or are willing to obtain one within 90 days.
- You're proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering excellent service.
