Do you love dogs and enjoy spending time outside? Then this is the perfect job for you At Calypso Kennels, our canine guests love their one-on-one time in the play yard with friendly, loving, and safety-focused staff.

Applicants must be available to work mid-day shifts (times range between 9:30am-4:30pm) specifically on Saturdays and Sundays, and have a minimum of some informal experience with dogs, such as having a pet at home. We will teach the other specific skills required.

The successful candidate will be positive, energetic, and excited to spend the day outside with our awesome canine guests regardless of the weather.

As a playtime technician you are responsible for taking dogs out to the play yard and supporting their desire to run, play, and get one-on-one attention. We are NOT a group play facility.

You will be expected to follow Calypso's procedures for how to interact and play with the dogs, properly walk dogs on a slip lead, ensure the dog's safety, and cleaning up dog waste.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
