    Level Descriptions:
    Level I

    – Must be able to achieve many objectives of this position. Requires some amount of timely supervision to ensure the proper tasks are being accomplished and that communication is adequate, timely, in the correct manner (i.e. verbal, written, email, etc.)
    Level II

    • Consistently achieves all of the objectives of this position. This individual also provides mentoring and direct daytoday supervision to level I positions.
    Senior

    • Highly experienced in the position. Advanced awareness of customer needs and the methods of solving them. Also, a solid understanding of building controls and special systems and the mechanical and electrical systems in buildings. This person is a "go to" source for others and has a thorough awareness of our customer base, our commitments to them, and the skill sets of our employees.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    Manages the scheduling of specialists for all service agreements.
    Manages the day-to-day scheduling for emergency and T&M projects.
    Receives, verifies for accuracy, and enters service work orders and employee time sheets.
    Receives, verifies for accuracy, and execute orders received for spare parts.
    Is aware of customer satisfaction issues and coordinates with others as required to ensure this is maximized.
    Invoices for spare parts daily and T&M work weekly.

    Works closely with the Collections department and other employees as required insuring timely collections for T&M, service agreements, and service construction.

    Coordinates material orders and timing with Material Coordinator to maximize cash flow and material handling efficiency.

    Communicate with external organizations as required such as consulting engineers, building owners, and other contractors to ensure accurate and timely response.

    Keep service management system updated and employ it to achieve maximum productivity.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:

    Basic

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of a high school diploma.

    1+ year of experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in building controls or related field.

    Proficiency in basic computer systems, including MS Office Suite.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

    Demonstrated ability to empathize with others' perspectives and creatively resolve issues to achieve positive outcomes and satisfaction for customers and employees.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Experience with service management systems.
    ProCore or Corrigo or Coupa or Vendor Café, software experience.
    Previous experience in coordinating material orders and scheduling.
    Reviewing service work orders and submit to customer for review.
    Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

    Essential Functions:
    Be able to lift and carry personal computers, materials, etc.
    Be able to spend a significant amount of time sitting.
