- Seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead a team of 30-35 welders, prototype mechanics, and utility workers in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Responsibilities include overseeing team operations, recruiting and training new staff, and occasionally executing welding tasks.
- We need a candidate who excels not just in welding but also in leadership, with a passion for nurturing new talent in welding.

- Full-time role operating on a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with potential Friday work.
- Location: modern 250,000 square foot facility suitable for various manufacturing tasks.
