    We are a steadily growing home service company providing services for plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical in both residential and commercial systems in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Purchase all equipment for HVAC installation and sewer department
    Compile stock lists for new installs
    Dispatch and coordinate drivers to installs and sewer department
    Assist Install Manager in developing and maintaining HVAC Kits
    Verify that all equipment at time of purchase meets the guidelines for Mass Save Rebates
    Pull all AHRIs for scheduled installations and communicates directly to install coordinator if equipment is not eligible
    Establish and maintain good vendor relationships
    Negotiate with suppliers to increase cost saving for the company
    Work with Sales daily to notify of equipment delays and/or equipment shortages or surplus
    Work closely with install coordinator to ensure all proper paperwork is collected promptly by warehouse drivers
    Submit weekly cost reports on materials used to management team
    Ensure the correct materials are delivered to the jobs in a timely manner
    Communicate to all required departments when equipment prices increase and updates tasks in Service Titan as needed
    Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
    Responsive to in the field needs in a timely manner
    Conduct research for new equipment and suppliers
    Additional duties as needed

    Education
    High School Diploma/GED

    Qualifications
    Experience with securing loads
    Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    Must be able to meet all safety requirements
    DOT Medical Card
    Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
    Strong verbal and written communications
    High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connection
    Strong desire to be better at your job tomorrow than you are today
    Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
    Ability to flex your personality to work with both customers and coworkers

    Licensure/Certification
    Valid driver license
