Description
An HR Consulting Firm offering insurance, employee benefits, payroll, and 401K plans is looking to bring on a Senior Sales Executive that will focus on hunting new business on the West Coast to middle market companies.
Responsibilities:
Hunt new business and target middle market companies
Maintain territory plans and prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to negotiation and deal closure, and keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions.
Work with a strong and family oriented sales teamQualifications:
At least 2-3 years in a high performing sales environment
Experience selling HR benefits. payroll, or financial service plans to small and medium sized businesses
Track record of exceeding quota
Ability to bring over a book of business
