The Proposal Specialist provides technical assistance to scientific and administrative staff throughout the full contract and grant life cycle. The job involves reviewing and negotiating terms for Federal, private, and industry sponsors as well as post-award administration.They will also develop cost estimates and complete budgets. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Public/Business Administration with 1-4 years of experience.
