    Marketing Manager / Business Development Lead

    We seek a mature, responsible, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support our marketing and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a student with proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation looking to apply their skills in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

    As part of our team, you will help develop and execute digital marketing strategies, create engaging social media content, and support business development efforts.

    Requirements

    Business Development & Outreach
    • Support lead-generation efforts through digital marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Help manage CRM updates and maintain organized client outreach records.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing assets for client engagement.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital strategy.
    • Experience using Canva (or similar design tools) for marketing materials.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Proven ability to deliver results in previous marketing roles or projects.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or SEO tools is a plus.
