    Job Overview:

    We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team. Working alongside skilled Behavior Analysts, you will engage in the rewarding task of teaching children diagnosed with autism in an environment that is both engaging and supportive. Regular supervisions with our Analysts ensure that you deliver high-quality therapy to our clients, making a real difference in their lives.

    • Deliver personalized ABA therapy to children with autism, aiding in their communication, social interactions, and overall independence.
    • Implement behavior plans focused on reinforcing positive behaviors and diminishing undesirable ones.
    • Accurately collect and record data to track progress and ensure each child's developmental goals are met.
    • Demonstrate openness to receiving guidance, support, and constructive feedback from the Behavior Analyst team.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18 years old.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred RBT certification; however, training is available for suitable candidates.
    • Successful completion of RBT certification post-training.
