    Maintenance Technician (Hourly)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs on production equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery.
    • Repair and replace faulty or damaged equipment parts as needed.
    • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
    • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and production staff to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
    • Comply with environmental and food safety standards, following all relevant policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
    • Technical school degree or equivalent education/experience.
    • Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude, with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Working Conditions

    This is an hourly position ($39.67/hour) working swing shifts (alternating between 1st, 2nd & 3rd). The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
