- Collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Follow legal requirements and company policies when pursuing debt collection
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters

- Self-starter that has discipline to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred
- $39,000 per year base salary PLUS monthly bonus opportunities averaging $2300 a month
