Duties

Performs day-to-day Leave of Absence (LOA) administration for stakeholders, including reporting, processing incoming communications, and providing customer service. Supports the full life cycle of leave of absence administration in compliance with all Federal regulations related to leaves.

Utilizes leave of absence tracking system to verify employee information, and keeps information current for employee, manager, and department's visibility.

Provides expert guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for managers and employees. Other duties, as assigned.
