    • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

    • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.

    • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.

    • Knowledge of computer development software, such as SQL, Java, J2EE, etc.

    Skills:
    • Experience in working on large scale Enterprise Network infrastructure that comprises of 30K+ Network devices.: 4 - 6 Years
    • Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef etc) and compliance tools (e.g TrueSight Network Automation Platform, Tenable etc): 4 - 6 Years
    • Experience with integration of automation tools with Servicenow Platform for ticketing and workflow automation: 4 - 6 Years
    • Knowledge of DNS management with the ability to identify and report discrepancies in device naming leveraging the Bluecat IP Address Management tool: 4 - 6 Years
    • Proficient in scripting languages (i.e. Python etc) for automation tasks:4 - 6 Year
    • Strong understanding of Network technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, VPNs, Firewalls etc and operating systems (Windows, Linux):4-6 years
