    About Us
    Reframe Systems is on a mission to build net-zero carbon housing for all, at massive scale.

    To achieve our mission, we need to make net-zero carbon housing more affordable, and we are re-imagining how housing is designed and built.

    Our volumetric module platform and highly-automated production system will drive down cost, delivery time, and embodied carbon for multifamily housing.

    We are setting up our first digital factory in the greater Boston area (Andover, MA) and have a roadmap to scale our presence nationally.

    We are disrupting assembly line manufacturing for housing production and are backed by leading VC firms in the industrial and construction space.

    What We're Looking For
    We are seeking a Production Manager with expertise in carpentry/woodworking, construction management, or construction site supervision. This role will oversee the production activities at our microfactory in Andover, MA.

    The ideal candidate will establish and continuously improve our manufacturing processes and will lead a dynamic team of tradespeople and technicians.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the production facility, including production scheduling, production target setting, and quality assurance.



    • Hit target cycle time and production schedule deadlines.
    Inspire and lead a team of experienced tradespeople to deliver wall panels and modulesunder tight project timelines in a highly automated production environment.

    • Identify and drive operational improvement using lean/Six Sigma principles and tools.
    ● Design safe operator processes that minimize cycle time and maximize throughput and
    quality.
    Basic Qualifications



    • 5+ years experience working in manufacturing operations or construction
    Demonstrated experience managing teams of front-line workers and/or subcontractors to
    critical metrics.

    • Demonstrated experience completing complex construction projects.


    • Experience with woodworking/carpentry/residential construction.
