About the Role As a Department Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same but a typical day will include following responsibilities* You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions Be aware of and take responsibility of your departments strengths identifying commercial opportunities working with your Department Manager acting on them Ensure that all areas provide customer service taking into account actively promoting selling products providing information about our Customer Loyalty App Hello Member sustainability initiatives correct routines transactions returns exchanges admin routines people operations handled correctly Keep up-to-date fashion scene trends styles brands products competitors influencers etc Ensure team product fashion knowledge relevant information during customer interactions Retain share knowledge skills Store team Collaboration planning teamwork Visual Merchandiser team Give receive feedback colleagues learn develop support daily weekly meetings etc Regular communication inform motivate inspire daily meetings etc Ensure all procedures follow legal requirements retail operations visual commercial execution Secure clean tidy sales floor back house stockroom areas Fashion quality presentation good garment care Stock levels input allocation Area team Full garment cycle delivery garment presentation fitting room secure routine using tools technology provided Upkeep best practice services tools Click Collect Smart Store price signs throughout sales floor maintain strong consistent perception BOH Areas key health safety tidiness Responsible opening closing store daily
