- oversees preparation, advises and reviews all packets for accuracy and completeness prior to signing and forwarding to the next level in each system
- responsible for the preparation and management of Reserve Component Managed Care (RCMC) cases and Army Recovery Care Program (ARCP).
- responsible for submitting Incapacitation Pay (INCAP) packets.
- Case Manager positions shall be filled at a minimum by either:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)
- Social Worker
- Army MOS of 68 or 42 series level 4 as comparable credentials or AOC Series 67-73 with degree
- Care Coordinator with six years experience or equivalent experience, knowledge and/or abilities
- Familiar with Army Medical Department's MODS to include (not all inclusive):
- Medical Readiness Portal
- eProfile
- Medical Health Assessment (MHA)
- Medical Protection System (MEDPROS)
- MEDPROS Web Based Data Entry (MWDE)
- National Guard Bureau's MEDCHART
- Electronic Medical Management Processing System (eMMPS)
