    Supply Chain Mgmt Analyst 4 Location: Everett, WA/ Renton, WA/ Auburn, WADuration: 12 Months with Possible extensionDescription:This individual will support the Digital Transformation of Erp to SAP.You will be working cross-functionality while applying your expertise with our existing supply chain business processes and business systems.

    Your experience with developing advanced concepts, identification of system process flow improvements, aptitude for data integrity solutions, and effective approach with productivity expansion concepts will be essential for a successful integration within our business operations.


    Position Responsibilities:


    Provide data analysis using techniques from a range of disciplines, to describe, predict, and help supply chain make effective business decisions that improves business performance.

    Develop and execute inventory control methods and reports to assure accurate plus appropriate inventory levels.
    Work with complex processes and organizational structures to provide process flows.
    Resolve problems along with make improvements associated with inventory, demand planning and system integrity.
    Advance, execute and maintain tools as well as techniques required to evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes.
    Analyze situations to synchronize production, storage and transport with demand requirements.

    Communicate information across supply chain and throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures and practices with multiple organizations to effectively execute.

    Perform data analysis to report actual results against Master Production Schedule.

    Make recommendations and/ or implements solutions by completing value stream data analysis in support of programs, organizations, and multiple business units.

    Progress advanced technological ideas and guides the development to completion to enhance the organization's capability.
    Coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.

    Implement and maintain process improvements and standard work, by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to improve performance.

    Support incorporation of change and planning decision to arrive at optimal solutions.
    Verify and incorporate engineering, and production schedules into supply chain operating plans.

    Collaborate with supply chain business units, and other functions within the value stream to achieves goals and objectives and establish standards.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):5+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management5+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting5+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)


    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and WordBachelor's degree or higher1+years of experience with SAP/4HANAExperience with leading team members though Supply Chain IntegrationsTypical Education/Experience:Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience.

    Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Transition from ERP to SAPSize of the Team: 70Software skills required: Preferred - MRP systems (ERPLN/SAP)

    Collaborative approach, proactive, works well with team, ability to communicate with leaders and team membersEducation / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
