    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing along passion and a sense of purpose. With a legacy spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry.

    The role entails mastering our processes to cater to our 2,000+ existing business clients, fostering relationships to attract new clientele through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to execute these tasks effectively.

    As you become proficient in training and guiding your team, you will progress into the position of Agency Director by honing essential skills using our established systems and processes.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional service to the current client base.
    • Identify and explore new business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills.

    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.

    • Proficient in time management and organizational competencies.
    • Background in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Engagement in community involvement.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
