Description
Atlas Technologies, Inc , a rapidly-expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly-motivated Financial Analyst to join our group of Information Technology professionals.
Must be willing to go onsite 2 times per week at government site.
Pay Band:
$73,000 - $165,000
You Will:
Participate in planning and preparation of Acquisition Plans and Acquisition Strategies of new and existing contractsStrong knowledge and understanding of regulations, policies, and directives related to federal procurement.
Prepare, and coordinate high level approval of detailed procurement requests including Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW), Statement of Objectives (SOO), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria in coordination with Product Line Managers and Contracting Officers/Specialists.
Conduct extensive market research and analysis, preparing written evaluations with detailed comparisons of options, proposing full review/analysis of alternatives.Maintain and update procurement data for tracking and reporting purposes to either internal or external stakeholders.
Support continuous procurement improvement, by exercising project management and analytical thinking skills and bringing improvement ideas to leadership.
Facilitate contract modifications, changes, exercising options, contract terminations. Providing contract/procurement solutions to program managers, technicians, and/or others on contract or procurement policies, problems, or issues.
Provide advice on acquisition issues and educate team members on the full range of procurement options and contract types.
Reviews requisitions to determine that proper specifications or purchase descriptions are included in solicitation documents.
Assist with developing training on the proper development of Project management documentsProvide federal IT vendor community guidance to the Product Line Managers and other team membersWorks with team members to ensure resource availability, workload, and performanceDefine and communicate project milestones and deliverables, service and operational level agreements, and resource allocations to management team and end usersCapturing and documenting customer requirements via meetings, face to face interviews, email, phone conferences and/or questionnairesFacilitate meetings with other team members and customersYou Have:
Must be a US CitizenProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and a basic understanding of MS ProjectsMust possess and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD)
Secret Level Security Clearance or higher.
Strong customer relations, documentation, and oral communication skillsSelf-Motivated, strong work ethic and commitment to qualityA passion for learning about, and working in the IT industryEducation/Experience:
