    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

    The Business Analyst will work closely with our stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and developers, to identify and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements for software development.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements gathering and analysis process for complex projects
    Translate business requirements into technical requirements for software development
    Collaborate with developers to ensure technical requirements are fully understood
    Create and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications
    Develop use cases and user stories to support software development
    Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
    Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and workflows
    Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
    Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
    Provide support during software testing and deployment

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Accounting.
    5+ years of experience in business analysis
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Experience with accounting software
    Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
    Knowledge of business process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
    Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    Experience in project management is a plus

    Salary:
    The base range in for this position is $90k-$110k. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
