    The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, implementing efficient accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position reports directly to the President.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Verifying accuracy of all ending balances, cost allocations, invoice entry, posting of journal entries
    • Reconciliation of Due to/from accounts between all companies
    • Maintain the General Ledger
    • Allocation of payroll and expenses between entities
    • Producing and reporting the companys monthly financial statements according to GAAP standards.
    • Maintain and improve accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
    • Oversite of accounting for Property Management Company, Construction Company, and main Holding Company
    • Vendor set up and management and ongoing insurance management.
    • Management of Human Resource functions and Compliance, i.e., OSHA, labor law, new hire set up, etc.
    • Coordination of company events

    Qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
    • in operating multiple businesses through a parent company is highly desired.
    • Real Estate, Property Management experience a plus.
    • Strong technical accounting skills and proficient in QuickBooks.
    • Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
