- Group consists of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons
- Walk into a robust Total Joint practice
- Operate out of an ASC with Total Joint Certification of Excellence
- Minimal Call – 3-4 Calls per month
- Largest Primary Care base in the region
- PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and more
- Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
- EPIC EMR
- Great Peer-to-Peer support
- Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
- BC/BE SPECIALTY
- Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
- EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred
- Fellowship training in Total Joint

As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, The Everett Clinic is seeking a full-time Orthopedic – Total Joint Surgeon to join our team in Everett, Washington At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing physician-led care locally.
Work with the largest care delivery organization in the world and start doingyour life's best work.
This Orthopedist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants.
You will be the second Total Joint Surgeon in the group and can anticipate a 400+ joint a year practice once fully ramped up.

Washington Residents Only:
The salary range for Washington residents is $533,440 to $802,700. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
