Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you are developing partnerships with medical professionals in primarily a Long Term Care setting. Recruiters discover new candidate leads and set them up to be a successful addition to the facilities necessary that are experiencing a staffing shortage. Building relationships with your medical professionals is also a huge piece of the puzzle to success.

Duties and Expectations:

Demonstrate time management and strong organizational skills to run a successful desk
Recruit qualified candidates for licensed RNs, LPNs as well as certified CNAs while having strong retention of those candidates
Interviewing candidates for job opportunities as well as completing documentation for facility presentations and the onboarding process
Providing Customer service to our candidates with integrity and ethics
Demonstrate strong communication skills with both client managers as well as candidates

Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in the Medical Staffing Industry as a Recruiter
Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability
Must have excellent phone skills
Must be self-driven, positive, energetic, and friendly
Proven track record of successful of customer relationships preferred

This is a full time, in office position that operates Monday- Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Flexible start and end times are offered. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
