    Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close.

    You'll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved.

    • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
    • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
    • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
    • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
    • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
    • Channel your positive and upbeat energy into all aspects of your work

    • Demonstrate punctuality and a polished appearance, recognizing the importance of presenting oneself professionally each day
    • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate repair prices, and oversee the resolution of outstanding items
    • Schedule moving times and attend all closing-related events
    • Input client information, track transaction activities, and maintain compliant files to the satisfaction of the office broker Qualifications:
    • Real estate license preferred
    • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
    • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
    • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred

    Compensation:
    $39,000 - $50,000 DOE
