- Create and maintain partner relationships.
- Generates leads.
- Conducts assessments, prepares proposals, and deploys improvement projects.
- Sells large projects spanning multiple implementation services across an enterprise including supply chain.
- Manages project implementations.
- Improves processes using technology solutions and/or advanced process improvement techniques. Implements projects across multiple product groups – Quality, Strategic, and Lean.
- Works with management of companies to achieve enterprise level results including internal and external stakeholders such as supply chain, community, etc.
- Demonstrates effective project execution, project management, project results and customer follow up.
- Develops others knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Earns advanced certifications.
- Develops deep knowledge of product line(s).
- Exposure to manufacturing plants.
- Performs other duties assigned. Required Qualifications
- Master degree in STEM field and/or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in related field.
- Customer service, entrepreneurial coaching, industrial technology, robotic and/or product engineering, project management.
