Responsibilities
- Provides individual group conjoint or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbance and their family Conducts clinical assessments develops diagnoses and participates in developing personfamily centered treatment plans with client families Monitors client progress coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services Responsible for meeting all MDCH requirements for Home-based hours minimum 4 hours per family per month Maintains an electronic paper chart which includes required documentation of services provided progress notes treatment plans periodic reviews and client rights documents Participates in individual supervision team meetings to review progress identify barriers develop strategies for better assisting families in reaching their goals
