    Description

    Position Summary:
    Responsible for directing, organizing, and implementing sales strategies and technical efforts with top major accounts.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a long term sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
    Work closely with sales team / operations to insure customer expectations are exceeded.
    Monitor pricing / margins to assure alignment with company
    Participate in all quarterly service quality reviews.
    Coordinate sales efforts with FTCC.
    Maintain strong customer relations through frequent personal contact.
    Keep management informed through weekly sales report.
    Perform other related duties as required


    Educational and Other Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
    Minimum - 3 years as Sr. Account Manager / City Sales Manager.
    Must be computer proficient.

    Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

    Proven communication and organizational skills to coordinate, communicate, and implement company and customer goals.
    Travel will be required
    Sensitive to confidential information.
    Must work independently and as a member of team.


    Mental and Physical Requirements:
    Able to read, speak and write English.
    Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload.
    Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
    Communication - verbal and written communication, communication with personnel and vendors.
    Climbing - able to go up and down stairs.
    Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week dependent on workload.
    Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
    Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty strives for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication.
    Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
    Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
    Uses computers and computer systems to set up functions, enter data, or process information.
    Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time.
    Dependable, reliable, fulfills responsibilities.
