We have an immediate need for a contract to hire Project Receiver for a 1st shift position.

Hourly wage is in the $20-22/hr. range depending on experience.

Overview: The Receiver is responsible for delivering world-class customer service by properly receiving, sorting, returning, and reporting on incoming equipment and packages. Provides the necessary support to ensure accurate and timely receipt and movement of equipment. Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers and have a keen eye for detail.

DUTIES:

· Monitor inbound by running FedEx, UPS and other carrier inbound reports and distribute reports or provide updates as necessary at daily production meeting.

· Audit equipment upon arrival to include s/n (what is this?) checks, receive into DSO or Microsoft Dynamics daily and coordinate movement of freight to Warehouse, Production or Shipping.

· Report on all PO activity weekly by customer/project including orders held for discrepancy resolution and partials.

· Provide summary to customers of items received and back order status for requested POs.

· Partner with internal departments to ensure high priority hardware flows seamlessly through internal processes.

· Maintain documentation of all completed POs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience may be substituted for part of educational qualifications as appropriate.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

· 1 year prior warehouse experience performing receiving, inventory handling and stocking.

Must be able to pass criminal background check.
