Our clinical team of licensed therapists and registered associates are dedicated to helping our clients build healthy, lasting relationships by developing communication and life skills, processing difficult experiences and emotions, and fostering personal growth.

We offer both long-term and short-term solution-focused interventions to assist our clients' individual needs.

We see clients who are struggling with relationships, families, parenting, mental illness, personality disorders, and who have problems with the legal system.

We work in forensics, we work in trauma, and we work in substance abuse.

As a member of our team, our clinicians work with both voluntary and mandated clients individually, in couples and families, and in groups.

HOPE Program provides individualized & specialized services for:
Developmentally Delayed Offenders
Mentally Disordered Offenders
Sexually Abusive Adolescents
Chaperone Training Program

HOPE has recently opened several clinical offices throughout California to provide mandated services to clients who have been convicted engaging in illegal and harmful behavior, as well as significant behavioral health challenges.

Agency Locations:

The program's Clinical Director fulfills a role and is responsible for the following:
Providing direct care to clients – providing evidence-based treatment and reducing the risk to re-offend
Observing clients' conditions and behaviors
Proactively addressing problems, concerns, and issues
Monitoring program implementation and treatment integrity
Leading, training, managing, and supervising Behavioral Support Professionals
Working closely with the Clinical Director and licensed clinicians

Qualified applicants for this position must possess the following attributes:
Three years licensed or licensed-eligible as an LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of California
A minimum of 5 years of experience providing sex offender-specific treatment or treatment in a forensic setting.
A minimum of 3 years management experience

Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment methods, sex offender treatment methods, and mental health theories, concepts, and methods related to treatment in forensic settings.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex mental services programs
Ability to provide administrative & operational leadership
Prior experience with program development and expansions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform travel to and support programs throughout California
