- ,Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) ,$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly), Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral), Education/Tuition Reimbursement Program ,Comprehensive Benefits:, Medical,Dental,Vision,Life/AD&D Insurance,and Long/Short-Term Disability Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off: Including Holidays per year sick leave Employee Assistance Program Additional Employee Discounts on various services What You'll Be Doing As the Property Manager,you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations,includink financial performance leasing,resident satisfaction,maintenance,personnel management .Your Essential Responsibilities Team Management Hire train manage onsite personnel Supervise staff ensure proper scheduling lead daily meetings Financial Management Meet financial targets by increasing revenue controlling expenses Prepare submit accurate budget reports Oversee collections process payments on time Leasing & Resident Retention Maintain occupancy rate assist with leasing renewals Ensure timely move-ins accurate lease details Promote resident retention satisfaction Maintenance & Property Oversight Oversee maintenance operations work orders preventative tasks Ensure vacant units market-ready maintain property curb appeal Supervise outside contractors capital improvements Marketing Strategy Develop execute marketing strategies attract new residents increase traffic Conduct monthly market surveys competitive intelligence stay informed local competition Compliance Adhere federal state Fair Housing Laws company policies Ensure safety guidelines initiatives consistently followed Qualifications Bachelor's degree BA BS or years related experience training equivalent combination education experience Valid driver's license good driving record traveling between properties Proven experience monitoring financial statements capital enhancement projects achieving occupancy goals ARM CAM CAPS MPM RMP certifications plus Skills Outstanding interpersonal communication skills interacting residents staff Strong analytical problem-solving skills address resolve issues efficiently Please note only candidates meeting specified requirements contacted interview Thank you interest joining team Ready lead enhance community Apply today take next step career us #AC4472
