    About the Position

    LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Pennsylvania

    Our client is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 60-day assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Apr 13, 2026.

    This full-time role operates from 7:30am to 4pm, involving daily sick call rounds, weekly restricted housing unit rounds, and a variety of consults.

    The Physician will manage general medical cases including sutures, splinting, and common ailments, along with medication and chronic care management, and conducting physical examinations.

    Responsibilities and Duties
    Conduct daily sick call rounds
    Perform weekly restricted housing unit rounds
    Manage physicals, consults, emergency consults, and admissions consults
    Handle general medical cases including cold, cough, flu, bronchitis, pain, sutures, splinting, and IV treatments
    Conduct intake evaluations for new patients
    Oversee medication management
    Lead preventative health clinics and chronic care management
    Review EMR queues, lab, and x-ray results
    Complete charting and documentation
