- Function as the Task Lead for the BFM support team, providing oversight of products and tasking of financial support personnel primarily at the Navy Program Office at the Washington Navy Yard.
- Supervisor R&P personnel within the BFM task area
- Support government execution and compliance of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycles
- Support Financial Management Reviews, Execution Reviews, Comptroller data requests and initiatives, Audit Readiness and Compliance, and other similar data calls, to oversee compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements, using current software or web enabled processes to complete the reporting
- Master's Degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with over 10 years of professional experience leading a complex and high value financial team, including 5 years recent DoD/Navy financial management
- Certification preferred (not required): DAWIA Level III BFM Certification Industry equivalent; Additional certifcations in PM and Cost
- Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

We are recruiting a Senior BFM to be our Team Lead supporting the management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program
Responsibilities
10+ years of DoD Navy ACAT 1 financial management leadership inclusive of 5 years of financial system expertise; preferred (not required); 15+ years of DoD Navy ACAT 1 financial management leadership and experience communicating with SES / Flag level preferred
