**Job Title:** Business Intelligence Developer / Integration Specialist

**Department:** IT

**Reports to:** VP of Software Development, Infrastructure, and BI

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence/Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) solutions and integrating various systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in BI tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, and experience with data integration tools and platforms, including SSIS, Informatica, or Talend. A solid understanding of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and SQL query optimization is also essential.

The Business Intelligence Developers must gain an in-depth understanding of the underlying data, and proper business uses in order to translate end-user report requirements into robust reporting solutions. Additionally, this role supports the end-user community in the use of business intelligence tools to query databases for report outputs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to provide insights into business performance and trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement data integration processes to consolidate and streamline data from disparate sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Develop and maintain data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data pipelines to support BI initiatives.
Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems and data integration processes, identifying and resolving issues as needed.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data integration, SQL server administration, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in BI tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with data integration tools and platforms, such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and SQL query optimization.
