- learn the company's method of cleaning and follow directions consistently.
- clean restrooms, break rooms, works areas, exam rooms, sinks and other areas following company cleaning guidelines.
- sweep, dust mop, damp mop and vacuum floors
- complete assigned work with quality and speed.
- take trash to dumpster.
- load and unload work materials such as trash barrels, vacuums, mop buckets and other equipment from company van.
- works well with other employees and supervisors.
- Takes feedback on work performance in a positive way, uses it to improve work quality.
- Is respectful and responsible with company and client property.
- Has the ability to learn fast and follow directions.
- Is willing to clean multiple (2-3 buildings) each evening.
- Has a VALID Florida Driver License with a CLEAN driving record.
- Able to drive a company van if needed.
- Available to work all days Monday to Friday according to the following schedule:
