What You'll Do:

Review production orders to plan and coordinate manufacturing processes
Establish priorities for production and monitor the workflow
Lead and supervise team members to ensure efficient operations
Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets
Maintain quality standards and optimize production processes
Manage staffing and address operational challenges
Implement and uphold organizational standards and procedures
Provide manufacturing information and analyze performance data
Engage in continuous improvement activities

Leadership Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will directly oversee department teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include staff management, performance evaluation, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution
Prior experience in team management preferred
Demonstrated commitment to Whisker's Core Values
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Initiative, motivation, and the ability to motivate others
Desire to promote a positive and productive work environment

Not Required but Nice to Have

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in a manufacturing environment and LEAN practices
