_NOW HIRING WAREHOUSE WORKERS FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY_*Location -
Sorrento Valley, CAPay Rate -
$1- 19/HR depending on experienceShift -
1st shift (4AM - 2:30PM Mon - Thurs)Job Description -
The material handler will perform shipping, receiving and inventory control duties in the warehouse.
Sixty percent of the job will be inventory movements and prepping items for the manufacturing floor.
They will be performing daily inventory data transactions and the inventory list is picked 100% accurately (lots of computer work)The employee will need to be matching lot numbers constantly.
The receiving duties will be maintaining records of received goods.The employee will have to inspect the goods and reject them as needed.
They will be verifying accuracy against the shop order and report dependencies to the supervisor.
The shipping duties will mostly be international shipping and ensuring the documentation complies with governmental and regulatory agencies' requirements.
They will coordinate with customer service to meet shipping deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications -the ideal candidate will have 6 months year of warehouse experience performing shipping, receiving, and material handling duties.They should have experience with an ERP system and also working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
