    The Donor Services Key Metric Success Specialist is responsible for supporting all centers within the system to achieve success in key metrics.

    Key metrics include product loss, conversion, split rate and errors. This will include hands-on training and support of individual staff. This person will support staff in all locations. Staff needing support and training will be identified by center management.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience as an OBI phlebotomist
    Minimum 6 months experience as an Apheresis Tech
    Minimum 6 months experience as a TA
    Supervisor experience helpful
    Consistent metric goal achievement for loss rate, conversions and errors
    Strong knowledge of all DS SOP's
    Ability to work with staff in a calm, patient manner.
    Basic word and excel computer skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Professional appearance and manner
    Ability to work under stressful conditions.
    Flexible with work hours

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Work with staff one on one using the Making Every Donor Count training program.
    Work with staff one on one to reduce errors as directed.
    Work with staff one on one to achieve conversion goal as directed.
    Work with staff one on one to achieve split rate goal as directed.
    Communicate at least weekly to center management on staff progress.
    Train and support TA's, supervisors and managers as needed on the Making Every Donor Count program.
    Visit mobile drives, and centers as directed to ensure the highest level of efficiency for metric success.
    Motivate staff to keep a high morale level by ensuring staff needs are met.
    Remain competent in all areas of responsibility.
    Support mobile or center collections as needed and directed.
