We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish. Design-build experience is a plus.

• Key Responsibilities:


• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications and blueprints for project estimation purposes.


• Prepare detailed labor, material and cost estimates for the successful completion of projects within budget and schedule constraints.


• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, field staff as well as internal stakeholders for effective team collaboration.


• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to scope, timeline & budget parameters.
