    Summary:

    This entry-level position supports the Project Manager for the Existing Buildings Team and requires an individual who possesses strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn, share ideas, problem-solve, and contribute his/her talents in a supportive environment and fast-paced industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare physical and digital filing forms.
    • Assist Project Manager in keeping track of client correspondence, receipt of filing forms, checks, etc.
    • Coordinates clerical work for PM/APM – scan objections, organize folder prior to appointment, DEAR changes, PAAs, DOB task assignment, etc.
    • Ensure JM Zoning internal software is updated daily for all projects.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree; Cumulative GPA of 3.5+.
    • Thrive on a team-based environment with open communication.
    • Strong Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills.
    • Exceptional customer service disposition Possesses a "can-do" and "will-do" attitude.
    • Trustworthy and reliable Practical problem solver.

    Compensation:

    Milrose Consultants, LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by several factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.

    Annual Salary Range: $45,000-$76,000 USD

    Customer Service

    Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment. Maintains the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude either verbally or written communication.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are generally Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Travel

    Travel to client site or municipal agency as expected for this position. Associate may be required to attend meetings at the discretion of management and/or if it is project related.
