    Your mission


    YOUR MISSION:


    Resolve is looking for an enthusiastic R&D Project Manager to oversee specific projects related to the development of Resolve's spatially resolved, multi-omic single cell analysis tools and assays, and ensure timely and efficient progress towards project milestones.


    The role is based out of our East Coast USA R&D site and can be On-site or Hybrid in the Boston, Rhode Island Area, or Connecticut, with occasional visits to the company in Monheim am Rhein near Düsseldorf in Germany.


    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Oversee individual projects within the Company's R&D program, ensuring they meet specified objectives and remain within budget and time constraints.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timeline estimations, and risk assessments.
    Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment and to address any potential obstacles promptly.
    Track, report, and present project progress to stakeholders, including the Program Manager and other senior management.
    Adhere to and implement industry-standard TRL methodology and PDR and CDR product development requirements.
    Collaborate with external partners for product design and development activities when required.
    Ensure project documentation is created, maintained, and organized in accordance with company policies and regulations.
    Support the Program Manager in managing contract manufacturers as part of the manufacturing transfer and commercialization process.

    Your profile

    Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or other related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
    2-3 years of project management experience in R&D new product development (NPD) in the life sciences research industry.
    Familiarity with biomedical engineering, bioimaging, genomics, or (bio-)medical devices.
    Professional certification in project management such as CAPM, or PMP is highly desirable. Knowledge or certification in Lean, Scrum, or Disciplined Agile methodologies is a plus.
    Experience in document control systems and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems is a plus.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Demonstrated proficiency in using project management tools and software.
    Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team-based environments.
    Passionate about innovation and enjoy the pace and adaptability of a start-up environment.
