We are currently looking to fill night shifts for our busy summer season June through September. If you have ever thought about working in kitchens before, then this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain knowledge. Responsibilities and Duties:

Wash dishes; scrape plates/pots/pans, load racks, put through machine, empty racks, etc
Put away dishes, silverware and glassware in proper places and ensure organization.
Maintain and replace as needed the dishwashing soap, sanitizer, and rinse products
Break down boxes (flatten) and dispose of them in recycling container.
Take out trash in dish station.
Empty and clean drains in floor, sink, etc.
Cleaning the dish station floors, walls, surfaces, etc.
Maintain proper drying of food storage containers and other items.
Assist in peeling potatoes and other basic food prep as needed.
Help unloading the truck.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A good attitude
A food handlers permit (so you can gain knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen).
Endurance to walk and stand for 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
