Technical Account Manager / Project Manager – MSP

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager to join a well established Managed, Cloud, and Security service provider based in Northern Virginia.

The Technical Account Manager / Project Manager will be joining a company with a collaborative work environment and an emphasis on customer service, innovation, and employee development.

The Technical Account Manager / Project Manager will primarily be working with select clients to develop scalable IT strategies for short and long-term growth.

The IT Technical Account Manager / Project Manager is responsible for engaging with C-levels to roadmap technology for infrastructure projects.

The Technical Account Manager / Project Manager will ideally have an engineering background looking to take on more of a consultative role.

Technical Account Manager / Project Manager – MSP Responsibilities:
Meet with client success team to understand project scope, estimates, and goals.
Responsible for new client onboardings, client management, and alignment to industry best practices
Develop, build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within your clients' organizations
Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal teams when scope changes
Provide, accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical client project plans
Consult with your clients and teammates to strategize technology infrastructure solutions, including hardware, software, network architecture, and systems processes that will achieve your clients' business goals
Technical Account Manager / Project Manager – MSP Requirements:3+ years experience acting as an IT Services Consultant/Advisor
Knowledge of Windows Servers, AD, o365 Administration/migrations, Azure, Vmware or HyperV,
3+ Experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required***Experience roadmaping technology and projects
Previous experience in computer engineering, architecture, or other related fields
Solid understanding of networking, hardware, and software
