    Website Developers/Programmers
    Summary
    C2 Technologies, Inc.

    is seeking Website Developers/Programmers to design, develop, update, and maintain Section 508-compliant websites, web applications, and interactive training components supporting the DCSA IDD mission.

    Website Developers/Programmers collaborate with instructional, multimedia, and technical teams to ensure modern, secure, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences for learners and mission stakeholders.

    Responsibilities


    • Develop, update, and maintain Section 508-compliant websites and web applications.
    • Create clean, efficient, standards-based front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Support the development of web-based training components and interactive instructional products.
    • Collaborate with designers, ISDs, and multimedia teams to implement user-centric interfaces.
    • Ensure websites meet accessibility, usability, performance, and security standards.
    • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and continuous improvements of existing sites.
    • Assist with content updates, version control, and documentation of web development processes.
    Education


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    Experience - Required


    • Current Secret clearance.
    • Minimum three (3) years of experience developing and maintaining Section 508-compliant websites.
    • Experience coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and supporting web technologies.
    • Experience implementing accessible design and applying 508/ADA standards to web interfaces.
    Experience - Preferred


    • Experience supporting DoD or federal web development projects.
    • Experience developing interactive online training components.
    • Experience applying secure coding practices and supporting controlled environments.
    Tools & Software


    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
    • 508 accessibility tools (e.g., ANDI, WAVE, JAWS).
    • Version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Web content management and collaboration platforms.
    Knowledge & Skills


    • Strong understanding of modern web development best practices.
    • Ability to implement accessible, user-friendly, and responsive designs.
    • Problem-solving skills for debugging and improving existing web assets.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across development and instructional teams.
