    Salary Range :
     $295,675.00 to

    $388,583.00

    Potential Premium Earnings :
     $22,428.00

    Salary range includes incentives that are contingent upon skills, competencies, longevity, experience and geographic location.

    The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification.

    Potential premium earnings may vary based on location.

    Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.

    SCPMG San Bernardino County Service area serves a population in the northeastern section of the LA Basin that's as diverse topographically as culturally.

    With relatively easy access to both mountain and beach outdoor activities including hiking, skiing at Big Bear and Mt.

    Baldy, water-skiing on Lake Arrowhead, mountain biking, apple picking in Yucaipa or a drive to the coast, there is something for everyone.

    SBC is home to 9 residency and fellowship programs, is a clinical rotation site for the Bernard J Tyson Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine as well as a host for medical students and residents from other nearby institutions.
