- A bachelor's degree
- Previous experience as a collegiate-level soccer player
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, such as a working understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A valid CDL license (or can obtain one shortly after starting in the role)
- Previous experience as a high school or collegiate soccer coach
- A positive attitude
- An ability to resolve issues independently
- Tuition Remission in the master's program

Job DescriptionMidland University, a private, faith-based, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is accepting applications for the graduate assistant position for Women's Soccer. The coaching position will be offered within our graduate assistant structure, requiring admission to the University's Master of Education, Master of Science Learning and Talent Development, Master of Science and Sports Administration and Leadership, or Master of Business Administration programs. The candidate will contribute to various aspects of the program, including recruiting, coaching, video and equipment duties, and other tasks and duties. The position allows for an on-campus meal plan, stipend, and tuition remission from the University. All position finalists will require three professional references.
