Lead Facilities/Building Engineer
Gpac is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping & Facilities Maintenance industry. We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Facilities Engineers. As a Lead Facilities/Building Engineer, you will be responsible for being responsive to the property owner/management for oversight of facilities maintenance team for ongoing preventive maintenance & repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems.

Your essential job functions will include:

• Background as a wellrounded Journeyman in a mechanical trade
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts
• Installing new HVAC systems and ensuring their proper functioning

To excel in this position, you must have the following skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with strong written and verbal English skills
• Certifications/Training in HVAC/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL
• Computer and Smart Phone Applications proficiencies
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a building engineer role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
