    Lead Facilities/Building Engineer
    Gpac is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping & Facilities Maintenance industry. We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Facilities Engineers. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your skills and grow your career in a dynamic and innovative company.

    As a Lead Facilities/Building Engineer, you will be responsible for being responsive to the property owner/management for oversight of facilities maintenance team for ongoing preventive maintenance & repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems.


    Your essential job functions will include:

    • Background as a wellrounded Journeyman in a mechanical trade
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills
    • Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts
    • Installing new HVAC systems and ensuring their proper functioning

    To excel in this position, you must have the following skills:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent with strong written and verbal English skills
    • Certifications/Training in HVAC/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL
    • Computer and Smart Phone Applications proficiencies
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a building engineer role
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • Clean driving record
