What You'll Do
Lead & Support the Market
- Help drive overall market performance and revenue growth for Clipp
- Serve as the local point of leadership when corporate leadership is not on-site
- Support execution of company initiatives and sales objectives
- Maintain strong communication between the local market and corporate teams
Coach & Influence Sales Performance
- Provide mentorship and support to sales representatives
- Assist with strategy development for key accounts and prospecting efforts
- Help reinforce daily and weekly activity standards to drive consistency
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture
Maintain & Grow Your Book of Business
- Manage and grow your existing portfolio of clients
- Continue selling digital and integrated marketing solutions
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to key clients
- Lead by example in consultative selling and retention
Drive Multi-Channel Marketing Solutions
- Support campaigns integrating paid social, digital advertising, advanced audience targeting, and precision direct mail
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to ensure measurable ROI
- Help ensure clients receive strategic, data-driven marketing programs
